Whilst we understand that there is no issue with people reselling instruments they have legitimately purchased, we are concerned that a few particular eBay sellers may be selling stock which may have been stolen from NHS stock.

Whilst we have no proof of this (at the moment) our research to date has shown that the quantities of new, unused stock being offered can only be coming from a large stock holding, ie the NHS. We have reported our findings to our larger NHS customers who are looking into their stocks to see if there are discrepancies. We have also reported this to the NHS's fraud department and the police.

In light of the above, regrettably, we can not extend our lifetime guarantee to any product returned to us without a proof of purchase. We regret to have to take this unusual step, but as you can appreciate, inevitably, any stock taken without the NHS knowledge or consent is ultimately paid for by all of us.
